Xiaomi introduces Game Turbo, which is able to predict gaming scenes and intelligently allocate resources for complicated scenes to avoid lag. This new feature also provides an in-game toolbox to show CPU, GPU utilisation and frames.

Xiaomi Mi 9 is equipped 6.39 inches Samsung AMOLED display with a 19:9 aspect ratio Corning Gorilla Glass 6th generation. The second-generation "sun-screen" has better color reproduction and brightness under strong light. Xiaomi has also upgraded eye protection mode on Mi 9 to "256 steps" with smooth transitions.
